Welcome to clairewoodall.com. Clairewoodall.com is owned and operated by Lincoln Bra Lady LTD (referred to as clairewoodall.com in these terms). We sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.
When you use clairewoodall.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete. It is also your responsibility to inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. Clairewoodall.com reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
A contract is formed the moment we accept your order. When you place an order with clairewoodall.com, we will email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this email please check to ensure you have provided correct email details. Please contact us if you have further difficulties. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than the carrier) the goods. You can cancel by phone or email before your goods have been dispatched. Once goods have been dispatched you must complete the returns form included in your package and return to us within 14 days of delivery.
Price & Delivery Costs
The costs of the goods have UK VAT applied. Medical garments are subject to VAT exclusion when medical exemption applies. Importation duty, taxes and charges may apply in certain countries and is solely the responsibility of the recipient. Clairewoodall.com cannot be held responsible for opening and inspection of packages by customs authorities.
All orders are shipped in plain packaging with minimal indication of the contents. Inside you will find your goods beautifully gift wrapped and all relevant paperwork. Small packages may be shipped in postal bags but still beautifully gift wrapped inside.
Receiving Incorrect Goods
If you receive incorrect goods, the wrong size, too many items or not enough items (items may be shipped separately at a cost to clairewoodall.com). Please contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
Return and Refund
Please refer to full return and refund policy.
It is rare to receive faulty goods. On an occasion that his may arise, please return goods within 14 days. We will ship a replacement item upon receipt of goods. In the event that we cannot ship like-for-like we will refund you. If any goods ordered from us fail prematurely due to defective workmanship or materials, we will replace or refund. Lingerie or swimwear damage caused by incorrect laundering will not be replaced or refunded. See individual garment labels for full care instructions.

When you shop online at clairewoodall.com website we collect some personal information from you to enable us to process your order and inform you of its progress. All this information is held on secure servers and complies with all obligations required of the data protection act.
